Chapter Reflections Mark McGilberry

Chapter 1:
The image on page 4 of the rear view mirror showing the friend holding up a sign to the driver with a sarcastic remark about their driving. the image is trying to zoom in on the reckless driving of teens and how people who witness and or are in the car remain silent when they should speak up. i feel that the Ad gives a clear statement to the audience and although with a little humor it also has a tone of seriousness.

Chapter 2:
the image on page 17 of thChick-Fil-A add with the cows rewritng their own tag line is a use of comedy. useing other types of meat we normally eat to showcare their main choice is a good way to cath peoples eyes and always give them a chuckel.

Chapter 3:
the image on page 35 has a split image of items that women may have in the bag and or purse. one shows the items on the floor then the other has the items in a waist basket. i think this ad is showcasing how it may be in most purses or bags making it looking like a bundle of junk.

Chapter 4:
the image on page 50 of the boots that are plugged into the wall and has the tag line "fits like a glove, works like a toaster oven." this ad is to the the demand of people because who doesn't want a boot that keeps your feet warm and fits perfectly. this ad is very effective because it draws in everyone  who likes that perfect shoe.
