- The challenge I’m addressing is to create an app that brings together the gluten-free menus of various restaurants to make it easier for those on the restrictive gluten-free diet to dine out.
- The target audience of this app includes those who suffer from Celiac’s Disease, a wheat allergy or gluten/wheat sensitivity or those who are trying the gluten-free diet for healthy eating purposes.
- Audiences aren’t as well-versed in gluten-free eating because it’s fairly new and it’s quite difficult to find an accurate and safe place on the internet to see this information without having to fish through various webpages.
- We want to audience to feel comfortable and safe with the brand and able to trust the information provided also feel less stressed about dining out and whether or not they can actually eat what’s on the menu. We want them to think the information it easily accessible making their lives easier.
- The evidence and facts that I will be using will come from the restaurants and food chains who provide gluten-free menus and or menus with allergens
- The essence of my brand is modern and centers around accessibility
- The key emotion that will build a relationship with the core audience is centered around relief.
- Twitter is the best media to facilitate our goal.
- The most critical elements of the app would be the menus that explicitly state which foods are safe and which aren’t.
- The single most important takeaway from this app would be the convenience of being able to access the important information needed to dine safely for those who have this allergy/sensitivity.
- We want to audience to have a better dining experience without the hassle of playing Russian roulette with their order choices because many restaurants don’t have a complete menu on-site or many servers have to run and ask and even they no one can give the audience a for sure answer that could be the difference between a safe meal and a dangerous one.
